I spent over twenty years working alongside founders, CEOs and executive teams in senior operational and advisory roles, including leadership positions and running my own consultancy, supporting organisations through complex change, turnarounds and strategic challenge.

Working that closely with people under sustained pressure gave me first-hand insight into the realities of leadership: the weight of responsibility, the demands of decision-making, and the often private impact of carrying it over time.

The move into psychotherapy came from my own experience of what becomes possible when there is genuine space to think, not towards an outcome, but towards a clearer sense of oneself.

As a Person-Centred psychotherapist, I offer a confidential and collaborative space where what often goes unspoken can be explored, with attention to both the professional context and the wider life in which it sits. This includes questions of identity, self-understanding, or what sits underneath the role.

I work with people across sectors, corporate, creative, public and entrepreneurial, for whom the internal experience of responsibility has become harder to carry quietly.
