I have spent over 20 years working alongside founders, CEOs and executive teams in senior operational and advisory roles. My career included leadership positions and running my own consultancy, supporting organisations through complex change, business turnarounds, and strategic challenges.

Collaborating with people in high-pressure roles gave me first-hand insight into the demands and tensions that come with leadership, including the weight of responsibility, identity, nuanced decision-making and the often private impact of sustained professional demands.

As a Person-Centred psychotherapist, I offer a space where aspects of experience that often remain unspoken can be explored. This is a collaborative, confidential relationship, shaped together with attention to both the professional context and the wider personal landscape in which it sits.
